Eric Grew up in Westchester County New York Area, and before joining Bear Mountain ADI as a Territory Sales Manager, he has spent 38 plus years in the automotive industry as a Commercial Advisor for Nissan USA, in addition to being an Advisor & Commercial Trainer for DaimlerChrysler. Mr. Lancaster has also worked as a Fleet Manager, and a Regional Sales Manager for Glaval Sales Corporation, and developed a relationship with over 40 General Motors Dealerships in the Western US.
